The good, the bad, the ugly.

I must admit that I have been pretty lucky with the roommates that I have picked to live in my place.  I meet them all before I offer then the room so I can get a good idea of what they might be like.  I've had about 6 come and go through my place, which has 2 bedrooms that I rent out.  I've only had to kick out one girl, and that was because she got almost 2 months behind on rent.  A good warning sign was all the credit card bills she'd get in the mail.  JC Penny's, Sears, Victoria's Secret...  She seemed to have a debt at just about every clothing store known to man.  She would complain about not making enough money at the restaurant she worked at, yet she would often leave early if she got bored.

So, long story short I asked her to et caught up on her rent or think about finding a place that was more in her budget.  She chose to bail out, and thankfully I had a deposit from, so I just kept that and we were square on the rent.

But, I'm sure there are plenty of other people out there with a lot more interesting stories than mine!
